In MLB, Jacob Misiorowski threw six shutout innings as the Milwaukee Brewers edged the Atlanta Braves 2 to 1, becoming the first team to reach 80 wins. In the WNBA, Olivia Miles scored 24 as the Minnesota Lynx beat the Washington Mystics 94 to 84 for their sixth straight victory. The Chicago Sky topped the Golden State Valkyries 73 to 70 after Sydney Taylor hit tying and winning threes in the final minute.
