On the ATP side, Arthur Fils faces Frances Tiafoe in the first Masters 1000 final between two Black players. In MLB, the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers meet in the Little League Classic. Beyond the scoreboard, New York Yankees slugger Giancarlo Stanton suffered a moderate left calf strain while rehabbing his right calf, putting the rest of his season in doubt.
